Why Sparrow? - I joined the Sparrow program as a 2nd year resident. I completed my intern year through the Navy and was looking for a civilian program to complete my training. I was initially attracted to the Sparrow program due to the breadth and depth of training provided. I was really sold on the program once I had the opportunity to meet with some of the other residents, who all spoke very highly of the program. The balance between training and wellness was exactly what I was looking for!
