Why Sparrow? - During interview season, I sought a program where I would feel safe and welcomed. I specifically wanted a program that embraces diversity, allowing me to collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds. I put Sparrow as my top choice, and now that I've started my residency, I'm truly happy with my decision.
