Why Sparrow?: Sparrow was my first residency interview, and throughout the interview season I kept finding myself coming back to this program. I just had that gut feeling. This program prides itself on supporting residents and teaching in a way that is not intimidating and allows residents to become independent in a healthy, yet thorough way. The relationships between the residents and the faculty is what made this program stand out to me.
