Why Sparrow? The people, the community, the supportive faculty and resident culture gave me an environment that is easy to prosper and learn in. I appreciate the strengths each member of the faculty brings, each have their own strengths, and I have always felt like I have a go to person for every subsect of learning a broad spectrum of care management - sports medicine, prenatal care, addiction medicine. 

The supportive work-life balance was huge for me as well! At every point in training, there were always residents & attendings with growing families which is a green flag to me. A culture that was always welcoming and accommodated my needs for breast milk pumping and family leave. Grateful to be here!
